Virtek LaserQC

One of the many ways we esure the highest quality possible, is by using the Virtek LaserQC measuring system. This machine allows us to check any part with extremely high accuracy to ensure that each subsequent part meets the extact requirements set forth by our client.

The Virtek LaserQC is a fully integrated quality control measuring system. It is capable of measuring the accuracy of components in less than one minute. The equipment works on the principal of laser scanning using the Class IIIA eye safe laser projection system. Virtek LaserQC dramatically reduces the time needed for first article inspection, thus eliminating machine down-time. Data preparation for SPC systems is also performed automatically.
